How to Practice Mindful Self Compassion
Sally Kohn: You have a new book coming out called the mindful self compassion workbook. She says it's an eight week program to help people learn the skills of self compassion. There are 37 meditations and practices in the program like concrete things you can actually do, she says. Kohn: The interesting thing about self compassion practice is it doesn't require meditation; not everyone's a meditator.
