How to Craving Connection
Sexual intimacy is sex with intimacy and then intimacy without sex could look like cuddling or having an emotional connection with somebody. It's really a question of what do you want and then aligning your actions to that. When it comes to craving connection, I want you to think of being hungry. You can just walk to the corner store,. grab a bag of chips, come home, eat them on your couch but will it feel satisfying in the long run? That's the question versus let's say a seven course meal being intimacy in this analogy.
