What Does Altrapol Predict?

Alpa fool was fesed on this distribution of protens. And we see that for some of these protins, ar performed very well, but on some it doesn't. On that distribution of proteins which are sa new proteins, which have never been seen in nature, there we have to just do more work in understanding what would be the structure of those protins. What can our tavol do to day and what it needs more work on.
