Is Mistrusting Your Bishop an Issue?

When does mistrusting your bishop become schismatic? I would say that this is on a lot of people's minds lately, and it's something that we all need to discern for ourselves. But i would say the church er has authority given to it by god, and just like the government have authority given to them by god. We should strive to show respect and honour to our leaders, whether or not they're necessarily worthy of it. Ah, but then if they say something that's completely contrary to the faith, or outside of the boundaries of the faith, we don't have a moralli to submit to that.
