Is There a System That Is Better Than Other Systems?

There has been a fair amount of discussion among science scientists and science administrators and philosophers about ways in which the system could be improved. One worry is that the same winner takes all aspects encourages people to rush and print to kind of get their results into print as soon as possible even if before they've done all the due diligence. So I think it's very cautious but that's not to say that the floors are not real and that we shouldn't be thinking about what to do about them. You know, trying to try to run everything from the top down is hopeless so you want to set up a more stable situation for yourself rather than just basing your whole life on your accomplishments.
