The Homer Telecast
Turner did special telecasts around March Madness in the semi finals and final games. We actually had what we called homies. If Ohio State was playing Michigan, we would bring in either their local play by play guy or a former athlete that used to play there who could describe the game from their perspective. Now were those ratings anywhere near the ratings of the normal telecast? No,. but in aggregate, you know, that's something that we were trying to personalize for people that may want to hear the Michigan perspective of that game.
