The Reverse Turing Test

The reverse Turing test is the following. It takes out whatever persona it gets, it is presented. If somebody asked intelligent questions, you get intelligent answers. But if you ask stupid questions, you getting stupid answers. The GPG three has access to the rules database which includes the world's smartest people and the world's stupidest people.
