Nurses Aren't a Big Deal, but They're a Very Big Deal

Nursing is a profession that has risen, within many of our lifetimes, from being a much more rote procedure rule position. People don't think about getting in trouble who are the co of the company. But it's very much on the table for the almost minimum wage employees whose majority of their job is following rules or not following them. So nurses are very aware of how they're perceived and go out of their way to demonstrate their competence.
