On a PC you had to shove it all in with your thumb and then close the little door. On max they had to auto-inject and auto-eject and inject meant that once you pressed it past a certain point, it would suck it out of your hand and go in. Meanwhile, we saw this with a button and it worked fine. As did the 3.5 inch floppy disks, because 5.25 and a quarter were literally floppy and had exposed magnetic media.
