How to Shorten the Learning Curve
You can invest this many hours of doing X, Y and Z, but it's just kind of fluff. You're not actually doing anything in order to have that purposeful relationship or purposeful practice. So my suggestion is this dedicate time. Write down how many sessions you want to do and then give yourself a test at the end to make sure you retain it. The second time we hear it, we find little gems that we don't hear before.
