Secret service agent Sean Bridges stole $350,000 worth of bitcoins from Curtis Green. The FBI eventually found that these missing bitcoins pointed to Bridges so they started an undercover investigation on him as well. In total, he had stolen over $800,000 and played guilty to the charges. He was given a sentence of close to six years in federal prison. On November 6, 2013, just one month after Ross's arrest, Silk Road 2.0 opened for business. As I've always stated, you should act at all times as though any site or marketplace you visit has been compromised from the very beginning. That is the only way to ensure that you do not become lax with your security.
