JavaScript Layer on Top of Phoenix?

We're going to have to put some limits around like messages per second on a channel, the like payload size that you're allowed to send through. And then we'll probably have to do some different limits for like the present stuff. Because presence is a bit more sensitive to like, like large maps and, and throughput ultimately because it's doing a lot more work than just a regular like PubSub broadcast.
