I've been really careful to try and build the Facebook group that accompanies the course to be as friendly and supportive as possible. I think you really do have to just make a community where people feel like it's okay to fail and they're not going to be laughed at or looked down on. You know, this is always got the quiet people who are taking along doing your workshops, but you can't reach out to them unless they reach out to you.
