The Fed Reserve Is Already Doing Some of the Work for the Fed Reserve
In our view, it's two per cents neutral. So anything above two % will get you to restrictive. Yet we think they're going to go less aggressive than the markets believe. We'll have to watch closely the financial conditions. But if inflation's close to peaking, despite the supply chain problems, and aggregate demand for the consumers shifting from goods to ser s, that's really going to help the fit out a lot.
