The Psychology of Mental Immunity
In your book you use the term psychological immunity. What does that mean? Yeah it's interesting so there's a philosopher at Carnegie Mellon University who refers to me as a cognitive immunologist and he really advocates for this field of what he sees as it should be a new field of cognitive immunology. So when I say psychological immunity or mental immunity what I mean is that there's actually an interesting analogy between how bodies become resistant to viruses via an immune response and how the mind can become resistant to manipulation via a similar type of immune response but then on the psychological level.
