i learned to re attach certain behaviours to different emotions in jail. My grandparents helped create some stability for me when i got out of prison. They were like, lisson, lick, if you don't respect our rules, you're out. And then i think fitness, i don't if you've experienced in your own health journey, could be a great catalist to change other behaviours in your life. It gave me this level of hope that i was a guaw, i have a nice little runway to run off of. I had to do the work still. But still, that gave me like, a good foundation to start from.
