fallibleism is simply the stance that it is always possible to be wrong because there is something to be wrong about very few people are thorough going fallibleists even fewer than that recognized fallibleism in others. Most people are either dogmatists at least about something or other or relativists increasingly and sometimes even the same people on other issuesDogmatism is the misconception that there exists something usually many things for a dogmatist about which it is impossible to be mistaken what is often held aloft the things we hold aloft as if they were sacred.
