Drug Dealing in the Favelas

Ricardo: The drug dealers who are selling drugs in these favelas have a tremendous incentive to keep those areas safe. Ricardo: In the short run, definitely you're going to see more crime rather than less crime associated with the police coming in to these areas. We'll probably do another one sometime.
