Leslie: How do we assess the quality of a decision once we've made it? Tanya: I think this is where being upfront about what you hope to accomplish and setting some goals around that, even writing them down. Leslie: Did the change to the booking system accomplish the goal you had hoped? Yes, we're seeing patients more promptly. There are still kinks in the process, but I think that we're ironing it out as we go.
