i work out of an office that we built in the basement of the house. i commute my devices, if you will, interest so i have a cell phone and e pad. I don't think most people are going back to emmy. If you asked most people, would you go back to the office five days a week for eight hours a day? Most people will say, no. We need to understand each other's boundaries so we know when are people in work mode and when are they not.
