Open is one of my favorite apts. It's been a game changer for me with not only nervous system regulation, but even working out somegetto toas a hot tip that i learned from my new idol, james clear. Making something attractive and making it easy is what makes a habit stick. This has been the biggest piece of progress i feel like i made in 20 21. I did not really work out half the year.
