What's the State Doing About It?

In many parts of the world, not just in africa, private companies can behave appallingly. What is the state doing about it? Well, there's a lot of evidence recorded evi of the state very much upset by this kind of behavior. I think even hilary clinton is quoted for warning of china being colonizer in Africa.
