Why Is It So Hard to Do Anything About Climate Change?
The problem doesn't fit neatly into any of the processes we've evolved to help us pay attention to problems and solve them. The actions we take now will make an impact long in the future, perhaps not even affecting us. There's no clear enemy to fight and facts and doom laden warnings make a switch on. Putting it all together, climate change almost presents the perfect problem for humanity to try and solve,. Almost. George marshall, is not the perfect problem.
