The Differences Between Retail and Professional Brokers
In terms of operation, I think we're more of a boutique. When you call in, not everybody might know your name or what you want to do. We have more of a personal relationships with our customers and sometimes we provide the same type of technology, if not better. The big houses out there, they usually have one platform and they push everybody onto their platform because we are an independent broker.
