The Preparator's Language, I Think?

preparetors have a lot of affection for their specimens in a way that scientists don't, which i thought was really interesting. Many preparitors nickname their fossils and use these names to distinguish themselves from scientists. But then when they were talking to scientists about the same specimens, they would call them byh scientific names. Soi it was one way of bringing themselves together th having these particular ways of thinking about specimens,. yes, for sure.
