Is There a Way to Minimize Power Delivery?

The anchor one will go up to 60 watts over USB-C. If you're using the laptop to just do email and browse the internet or whatever, it will charge off of that 60 watts. But when you open up Final Cut and it's doing a background rendering while you're working on it, it slowly, slowly drains down. The very fact that I was using that charger delayed me uploading a video by day because I couldn't render the thing.
