I love going for walks and listening to self-help things. I feel like YouTube saved my life during the pandemic, but also after my breakup because there's so many amazing motivational people that post their videos on there. Number two, go get your nails done. Reading books is so enriching. My friend recently recommended this book called Soulmate Secret which I'll definitely have to buy the full thing.
