i've actually come around to this a power to the people, flexibility is everything. And so i wouldn't necessarily say that i'm going home and want to take extra risk. The next five hires we made were all remote in nature. I love the ability to work from home as co and maybe do it for like, two, three, four days out of the week. It just allows for a much more flexible life style then compared to september,. where i was a little bit anty remote....
