Sleep is something that happens when you put yourself in an environment that's conducive to sleep. Turn off your phone at least half an hour before bed, and then leave out of your bedroom until you're up and about the next day. Avoid watching anything on tv. That's too stimulating at this time of day. Deep diaphromatic breathing through the nose,. certain types of meditation are probably helpfur. And i just meant ciin one more tip that's related to that, and it's used in insomnius specifically, but it's really interesting.
