Is There a Kingpin Statute in the Penal Code?

I was sentenced to 30 years with no parole on the so called kingpin statute. When I got locked up it was a huge wake up call. So, I became radically dedicated to get all the negativity out of my life and do something good with my life during that time because I had no surety that I would survive that time at all. It took about two and a half three years for my appeal to go through the courts and on appeal they knocked off one count of the five counts and so my sentence went from 30 to 25.
