Elder Maxwell: Some of the most important prayers we have offered are those that were not answered and we hope that they might have been. He says Jesus said in Matthew 20 verse 23, Hey, it's not mine to give, but my father, he's the one that's going to determine this. No wonder the scriptures teach that we are to ask in faith, but we are also to strive and ask and to petition for that which is right.
