The Power of Mindfulness
Ajahn Chah: How does the mind respond to discomfort in the body? Can you be mindful of the unpleasantness? What does the mind go to reaction? Or maybe at different times, maybe you're feeling ill. The Buddha gave some very direct instruction here. My body may be sick, yet my mind will not be afflicted. Well, that's a very powerful teaching, I think.
