Are There Good Examples of Authentic Relationships?

Business leaders are being confronted by the fact that, especially younger employees, are showing up to work expecting to find a sense of community and connection. We've been doing some work with interest with my colleagues at sacred design lab a, thinking about the architecture of their new headquarters. What are the physical spaceser that a future office building is going to need to help people make meaning and build authentic relationships? And i fully expect to see more and more of those spaces start to enterthe kind of professional - where this division between personal and professioal is completely broken down.
