Is One Point Four Five Newton Meters Per Kilometre a Bare Minimum?
Some very smart people use 70 to 80 % quad index for return to running. But what if your athlete has a normal torkto body weight, that is six newton meters per kilogram? Is it really necessary that they have a 70 cent quad inex, or four point two newton metersper kilogram, just to run? That doesn't seem right. There is a study that came out in 20 21 that we reviewed on p t inquest that looked at torktoBody weight and running after a c l reconstruction. The study came up with one point five newtonmeter being the minimum. To me, i like to think more from the perspective of absolute bare minimum to consider
