It's essentially like a staffing agency. I'm your contracting it out to us. And, and then we are paying our r individual team members. Thes are, there's a margin involved. But just to make a note of that, our martins are not 60 % on individual talent. That just happens to be because there were a lot of pre orders, or a lot of prepayments that had accrued, or unused credits that had accrued over the years.
