Sen has been trying to get the best data on years of schooling, GDP per head, life expectancy at birth. And also adding the freedom dimension, but I've done two things. One is going back to the audience of the concept of human development and not just adding the dimension because it's a large in people's lives. The other is finding that an independent academic, an independent scholar was adding freedom because the whole ranking changes. Here, there was no choice. There is nothing wrong with having a wood health system. Cuba has always been at the top, but obviously it's not.
