Hacking Your Time

I have lots of things I want to do in a day and everyone always asks how I manage to do them, right? And then I reframe things. For me, meditating is my activity for being mindful so I don't care about meditation. It's actually so I can be mindful. So if the important thing has changed, how does that change your mind around with guilt as well? That's what I've learned partially from you, partially from a friend of mine. The other hack that I kind of like is you can hang out with your friends also by just including them into things that you like to do in your life - sports or whatever it might be.
