What's the Capital Structure of the Business?
Most public companies rent ther or lease their properties, and they tend to be owned by all kinds of different investors. In contrast, the big box retailers, walmark, target home depot and lows, for example, they all own their real estate. So i think when you're analyzing these kind of companies, need to take into account the capital structure of the businesss balancey,. but also that of that approach that they use from a real state perspective.
