The Tree Grows in Brooklyn
There were portions of the book that I was writing in what I consider our ye old family homestead. And there's a little clue in the book about an understory tree that I was looking at, and I can't figure out what that tree is until the end of the book. So that was what I was looking on to, and then I could hear the church bells ringing twice a day. They were the same church bells that my grandmother and her siblings had heard as well.
