The One Million Dollar Threshold in Acquisition Loans

The smaller the company, the more that one little thing can happen and cause them not to even be able to pay the loan back. There's like an inflection point at two million where it's so much harder than than something that's tiny. I'm involved in a serial acquirer of small stoffor companies. And we actually don't buy stuff this small because we found it was harder to run stuff this tiny than it was to run slightly bigger businesses.
