"I kind of would make two columns when I'm hiring somebody," he says. "It doesn't really cost much besides paying them, but then at the same time, it doesn't cost you because the guy showing them how to do something is working at one quarter speed." He adds: "If you left him alone, he didn't have to stop and train somebody".
