Russian Forces Fight Off a Cross Border Invasion From Ukraine
Moscow says Russian forces fought off a cross border incursion from Ukraine. The alleged attack happened in the region of Belgorod near northeastern Ukraine. Moscow is blaming the raid on Ukrainian military saboteurs while Kiv denies any involvement. Two paramilitary groups made up of Russians who oppose the Putin regime have claimed responsibility for the attack.
