Is the Date Time Module Compliant With the ISO Standard?

The date time module is now much more compliant with this spec. So it's always been able to parse say 2022 10 dash 03 for October 3, but now it can also parsing 2022 W 40 dash one - which although that sounds like a motor oil is actually short for week 40 day one. I've never seen week format in practice, but I live in Canada and we're too busy fighting whether the month or the day goes first because of our neighbors to the south. Maybe it's more common in Europe. But it's always good to partially implementing a spec is always problematic as they think, oh, it says it does it and then it turns out it doesn't do your case.
