Joining the conversation today is Kent Weishaus. After a 25-year career in Television production and directing Kent took a hard turn when he decided to shift careers. He went back to school and became a licensed clinical social worker now running his own private practice. He is also the author of his recently published book Stop Breaking Down: The Secret to Avoiding Overwhelm and Crack-up.

Kent’s Bias: Believing things are on the right path without constantly checking privilege. Kent counteracts this by always asking himself what the story is he’s telling himself and what is missing from it.
