The Role of Chatbots in Regulation

At the heart of what's being discussed here at this event in San Francisco, is this where do we go on regulation? What type? Who does it? How I was listening to a discussion, and one panelist said, is it the models that need to be regulated. Do you have any sympathy with that point of view? Even good old fashioned pocket calculator can be misused if I'm using a pocket calculator to calculate the lethal dosage for a biological weapon. But this is a little different, right?
