I also find that almost never do I change my mind away from whatever my first initial gut reaction was. A lot of time we have projects that I know I want to do, but I don't have like figured out enough to put into the plan and for us to actually work on. But what I started doing a few months ago that has totally changed the game for me is there's to stop framing all these things as research projects and explicitly frame them as building a proof of concept. It doesn't mean it has to do everything, but it's still going to help you learn more about something. And so now we can properly schedule for the next cycle for creating aProof of Concept project
