The Importance of Follow-Up in Teaching Sprints

The teaching sprints process is designed to help teachers follow through after they've done the P.O. or CPD, and it's not just that one off. Without that follow through and accountability, you know, we don't get to pick up on the areas that teachers can make - so I have to go into my next lesson and say, let me try this out. Can I have all your looking and listening, thanks? It's actually quite an intentional act. Sometimes it's amazing how, I don't know, it's a bit like, I mean, I can remember this one up when I was learning the Bill Rogers stuff. So yeah, it's been really cool
