Each of us has two areas of genius that are our frustration. We can't do them hardly at all without losing our steam, so they drain us of energy and joy. In the middle is your working competency where you're pretty good at it. It doesn't really feed you. You can do it for a while, but eventually you lose your steam. And if we don't know what our genius is, competencies and frustrations are, it's really tough to properly steward the gifts God gives us in the work he does.
Who doesn't want to be a genius at work?
