I think small physical product teams are always going to have a different set of requirements. Middle management that onow set up the meeting and basically lorded over people is gone, because we're just looking at output. And it's hard with remote workers to judge output. But if you're forced to figure that out, which everybody has, you eventually realize: those middle managers were doing nothing. They were just really performative....
