The Process of Compression for Information Consumption

i use a process of compression to make my data base of knowledge organized and scaleable for the future. This process was created by a guy named tiago forte, and he refers to this idea of compression as progressive summarization. And what this process has allowed me to do is not only continue to have an active relationship with the content i consume, but it also forces me to distil every piece of content into its top one %.
